GENERAL GUIDELINES
Application Procedures
Applications to all graduate programs are submitted according to the dates advertised on the University website and in the Faculty of Graduate Studies and through official announcements in local newspapers.
Where to submit application
Applications are submitted at the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
General Guidelines
- Prepare and certify the needed documents.
- Any application lacking certification for the needed documents will not be accepted.
- It is the applicant’s responsibility to accurately specify the graduate program to be enrolled in. The applicant shall be held accountable for supplying any inaccurate information.
Important Notes
A student who is already registered in any Graduate Studies program shall not apply for enrollment in any other graduate program at the same time. The application, then, shall be automatically canceled.
Any student who has been dismissed from a Graduate Studies program is not allowed to apply for re-enrollment in the same program. Should a student apply for re-enrollment, his/ her application shall be cancelled automatically.
