Language Proficiency Test Regulations:
Students applying for graduate work must submit documents of passing a language proficiency test (TOEFL, IELTS, French, German, etc.). TOEFL (IBT) scores required for different subjects are as follows:
500 or equivalent for science specializations
400 or equivalent for humanities
550 or equivalent for English language specializations and joint programs
Tests are taken at authorized language centers in Jordan.
Students enrolling in graduate programs in the Arabic language are exempted from the requirements in (1), provided they submit proof of their proficiency in the foreign language. The same conditions apply to speakers of other foreign languages.
